What areas do you cover?+

We're based in the North West and cover Rochdale, Oldham, Manchester, Salford, Ashton-under-Lyne, Bury, Heywood, Middleton, Shaw and surrounding areas — for both domestic and commercial work.

Are you Gas Safe registered?+

Yes. We're Gas Safe registered (636807) including the commercial side of the register, WaterSafe approved and members of APHC. Full public and employers' liability insurance up to £5 million.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency call-outs?+

We don't advertise a 24/7 emergency service. Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, and we always do our best to fit urgent jobs in at short notice.

How much do you charge?+

Free quotes, typically returned within 24 hours. Installations and planned work are priced on a fixed-price basis; breakdowns and fault-finding are charged on a call-out / hourly basis. Larger jobs require a deposit.

Do you offer a workmanship guarantee?+

Yes. Every job we complete carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee, on top of any manufacturer warranty on the parts and boilers we install.

Do you install air source heat pumps?+

Yes — through our partnership with Q-Smart, eligible customers can claim up to £7,500 towards their installation via the Boiler Upgrade Scheme. Ask us for a free assessment.
